Description

Learn to make a quick and simple breakfast sandwich utilizing Liteful Food's very own gluten-free biscuits.

Ingredients

  • One Liteful Foods Gluten Free Biscuit
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • 2 ounces of aged shredded cheese

Step 1

In skillet cook two slices of bacon.

Step 2

Scramble two eggs in pan on medium heat. While scrambling eggs, heat up biscuit in microwave or toaster oven.

Step 3

When eggs are successfully scrambled, cut biscuit in half. Place scrambled eggs and bacon on biscuit. 

Step 4

Add aged cheddar cheese to sandwich. Enjoy.
