Gluten Free Pancakes - Recipe

Light and fluffy with just a hint of sweetness are the qualities of a great pancake. That’s why we’re proud to give you our secret pancake recipe that brings our restaurant clients back for more.   • 1 8oz bag Liteful Foods Pancake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup of your choice of milk (we use buttermilk)
  • 1 Tablespoon of melted butter or oil.

Step 1

In a large bowl combine dry and wet ingredients, blend with a whisk until smooth.

Step 2

Preheat your griddle or non stick pan.  When drops of water evaporate on your cooking surface you’re ready to go.

Step 3

Pour prepared mix on the hot cooking surface to the desired size and let cook for three minutes or until bubbles start to form.  Carefully flip and finish cooking for an additional two to three minutes.

For a twist you can add fresh berries, nuts, chocolate chips, bacon, and jalapenos!
