Gluten Free Grandma Gravy

- ¼ cup Liteful Foods Pancake Mix
- 2 Tablespoons of butter, oil or desired fat
- 2 cups of milk or stock
- Seasoning to taste
In a heavy sauce pan heat butter or oil and whisk in flour until a smooth roux is formed.
Keep stirring the the roux and let simmer (DON'T OVERCOOK OR BURN) Pour in Milk or Stock and Bring to a simmer and let thicken. If it’s to thick add more milk or stock.
