The year 2018 has been one deliciously fast and glorious year for Liteful Foods.  We find ourselves at the end of this exciting gluten-free year and have so many more things to do and unveil.

Dallas' Gluten Free World is set for Oct 27-28

In just a few weeks we will be slicing bread (gluten-free that is) and decorating cakes at the Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo, with some of the other well-known gluten-free brands: Bobs Red Mill, Mikeys Muffins, Honey Stinger, and Go Veggie are just a few brands that will be there with us. So, if you live in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area and want something fun to do, with or without the kids, the weekend of October 27^th and 28^th, come out to see us at the Gluten Free Allergen Friendly Expo at Dallas Market Hall – North Hall. 

We plan to unveil our new cake kits there, and you will not want to miss out on that.  Big Box Catering will be joining us at the GFAF Expo too. Big Box Catering is our sister catering company, located in the heart of Dallas, and will be at the expo demonstrating how fast and easy it is to get a delicious meal delivered to your next party.   So, come with an appetite, as there is a ton of snacking to do, and do not forget to mark your calendars, as it is only five weeks away.
