You can trust us that safety is our primary concern. All of our products have been tested and certified to be 100% gluten-free. We have been serving gluten-free food to our allergy conscious guests at our restaurant for over 7 years.

How do I track my package?

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email that will contain the necessary tracking information.

How does the subscription feature work?

A Liteful Foods subscription package is the easiest way to get the delicious gluten-free foods you crave.
We offer two styles of subscriptions:

“Individual Item Subscriptions”
You make it. Just visit any of our individual item pages and choose how often you would like to receive your item.

“Subscription Platters”
We make it. Simply choose which pre-chosen subscription package you would like and add it to your subscriptions.
Please note that you must sign-in to your Liteful Account before making any subscriptions orders.

How do I cancel my subscriptions?

If for some reason you ever need to cancel or delay your subscriptions, you must first sign-in to your Liteful Account.
After you have arrived at your account page click on the ‘Subscriptions’ dropdown arrow. You may then modify or cancel your subscriptions as needed.

Well, we could tell you that Liteful is a lifestyle and a “way of life”. But we just aren’t that pretentious.
Liteful is colorful. Liteful is bright. Liteful is delightful and we will never compromise on our goal of making delicious gluten-free food.

Who do I contact if my shipment is incorrect?

We make sure every order meets our standards of flavor and safety. But if for some reason you have an issue with your order, please feel free to contact us.

How do I care and store my Liteful products?

Enjoy or baked within 3-5 days. For extended enjoyment, please freeze all baked goods upon arrival.
