Creamy Gluten Free White Gravy Recipe Using Liteful Foods Flour Mix

- ¼ cup Liteful Foods All Purpose Flour Mix
- 2 Tablespoons of butter, oil or desired fat
- 2 cups of milk or stock
- seasoning to taste
In a heavy sauce pan heat butter or oil and whisk in flour until a smooth roux is formed.
Keep stirring the the roux and let simmer (do not overcook or burn). Pour in Milk or Stock and Bring to a simmer and let thicken. If it’s to thick add more milk or stock.
