Recipe: Gluten-Free Granola Pancakes
Gluten Free Granola Pancakes using Liteful Foods Granola and Pancake Mix!
Crunchy, delicious, pancakes for your breakfast table.Pancakes and granola is truly a match made in gluten free heaven. With Liteful Food's Pancake Mix and Liteful Food's Granola you can make delightfully delicious pancakes that offer a satisfying crunch with every bite.
- one 8 oz. bag Liteful Foods Pancake Mix
- one 10 oz. bag of Liteful Foods Granola
- one egg
- ½ cup of your choice of milk (we use buttermilk)
- one Tablespoon of melted butter or oil
In a large bowl combine dry and wet ingredients, blend with a whisk until smooth. Add half a cup of granola to mixture and thoroughly mix.
Pre-heat your griddle or non stick pan. When drops of water evaporate on your cooking surface you’re ready to go.
Pour prepared mix on the hot cooking surface to the desired size and let cook for three minutes or until bubbles start to form. Sprinkle an additional amount of granola onto uncooked pancakes. Carefully flip and finish cooking for an additional two to three minutes
Remove pancakes from griddle. Sprinkle an additional amount of granola onto pancakes once they are plated. Feel free to add syrup, whipped cream, or preserves. Enjoy!
