Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 lb of ground turkey
- 1/2 cup of Liteful Foods White Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of Romano cheese
- 1 tsp of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp of diced parsley
Prep Time:
12 minutes
Cook Time:
25 minutes
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cover a large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
Step 3
Roll portions of mixture into 1 1/2 inch diameter balls until you have rolled about 12 meatballs.
Step 4
Place your meatballs on cookie sheet and space them about 2 inches apart from the other meatballs.
Step 5
Bake for 15-17 minutes.
Step 6
Remove meatballs from oven and let cook.
