Gluten-Free Granola Energy Bites

Liteful Foods Granola Energy Bites

The perfect on-the-go gluten free snack!

Liteful granola is incredibly versatile. You can add it to cookies, salads, smoothies, or french toast. Read our recipe to find out how you can make your own granola bars.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Liteful Foods Gluten Free Granola
  • ½ cup peanut, almond, or cashew butter.
  • ⅓ cup honey, agave, or maple syrup

Prep Time:

10 minutes

Cook Time:

10 minutes


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place in the fridge to set.

 

Step 2

Scoop using a tablespoon and gently roll into a ball using your hands.

 

Step 3

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Serve when granola balls have solidified.
