A hearty stuffing that's perfect for Thanksgiving (or any occasion)
It's pumpkin spice season! Well... it was when we originally wrote this. But let's be honest, any time of the year can be pumpkin spice season with the right tools and a little determination! So view our recipe to learn how you can spice up the classic breakfast pancake.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Liteful Foods Pancake Mix
- 1 large egg
- 2.5 cup +2 tbsp silk original coconut milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
Prep Time:

Cook Time:
10 minutes
Step 1
Whisk everything until combined - for fluffy pancakes don’t over mix.
Step 2
Heat griddle to medium and lightly grease your pan.
