We had the absolute pleasure of attending the Gluten-Free Forever Magazine Dream Dining Series in Austin last month and got to experience some delicious food - and it was gluten free too! The GFF Magazine struck a chord with us by focusing on great tasting and beautiful looking gluten-free food - the mission of Liteful Foods.

Erika Lenkert at Gluten-Free Forever Magazine (GFF) has created a strong following of gluten-free food connoisseurs... and our Liteful Foods team can't get enough of her either.  Kudos to Erika!

Gluten-Free Forever Magazine & Liteful Foods

GFF Magazine is a quarterly publication that highlights where to find excellent gluten-free products and a number of tasty recipes. Erika travels all over and finds gluten-free gems that she shares with her readers. Nobody would ever think that gluten-free food doesn't taste anything but fantastic when looking through the magazine. We enjoy making some of the recipes with our gluten-free products like our all-purpose mix and bread dough.

Dream Dining Series

The Dream Dining Series in Austin was held at Holy Roller in Austin. What a great group of super friendly, gluten-free people that all got together to eat and talk about gluten-free food. GFF Magazine hosts these Dream Dining events periodically and, from what we saw in Austin, attracts a terrific crowd. Holy Roller is a super cool restaurant that provided a great venue and lots of yummy gluten-free choices for us to eat. What a treat!
