#3: Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich

So here's a fact: we love our biscuits. We spent years perfecting the recipe at our restaurant Company Cafe in Dallas, Texas. We worked hard to make sure every biscuit we made was soft, buttery, flaky, and gluten free. This was no easy task and but when we finally nailed the recipe the response was unreal! We had so many guests come into the restaurant craving our beautiful biscuits and without a doubt our customers favorite biscuit dish is: The Sammich. This dish features bacon, eggs, cheddar cheese, and yes... a biscuit. And yes... IT'S AMAZING. So we decided to share that recipe on our recipe so we can spread the love. #2: Gluten Free Honey Bread Stuffing

Liteful Food's Gluten Free Honey Bread Stuffing

We're going to be covering another Fall/Autumn dish... but this particular dish's true claim to fame is actually a holiday: Thanksgiving. Because here in the American South, Stuffing is a key cast member of the Thanksgiving show (and sometimes makes a guest appearance around Christmas time). That stuffing is usually scrumptious, and filled with all sorts of yummy goodness... but it's never gluten-free. So being the savvy, gluten free connoisseur we are: we had to make our own Stuffing-- gluten free style! Once again we utilized our honey bread to make an unforgettable festive dish. #1: Cinnful Bread Pudding

This is without a doubt my favorite recipe ever. Like ever, ever. This is one of those cases where you make a recipe and your immediate response is "wait... this is gluten free?!".
For those who are unaware bread pudding is a bread-based dessert popular in many countries' cuisines, made with bread and milk or cream, generally containing eggs, and depending on whether the pudding is sweet or savory, a variety of other ingredients. It's soft, gooey, and oh so delicious. So we put our own spin on the bread pudding and used not bread... but our famous cinnamon coffee cake
This recipe is actually pretty easy to make and is one you must try. So click here to learn how to make this sweet and delectable dish.

We want to hear from you!
